Team
Building & Incentives
We can customise activities to suit your style of team building.
Those not wanting to fish can enjoy the scenery and wildlife,
dive or kayak from the boat or simply sit back and relax,
whilst the fishing enthusiasts drop a line for snapper and
grouper, or experience the buzz of sportfishing for tuna,
kingfish, broadbill, and marlin (during season).
We can
cater for any number of teams, using Wild Bill as well as
additional vessels with handpicked crews. Skippers and crews
are briefed in detail of the activities schedule, which will
be designed to the exact requirements of the client.
Sample

- Organise transport ie flights, helicopter transfers, airport
pick-up, and advise and book accommodation, conference rooms
etc
- Arrange company merchandise ie team apparel and design
schedule of events
- Day or extended fishing charters including mini tournaments,

Tournaments
If you wish to introduce a competitive factor, we can arrange
multi-boat mini-tournaments. Whether each boat is competing
for a certain game fish or the biggest catch, we can organise
an entirely professional tournament, including team-branded
clothing, certificates, trophies and prizes. The skippers
are briefed on your chosen rules so as to ensure a fair playing
field and the ultimate fishing experience for your employees
or clients.
We can
organise competitive fishing for large corporates, on the
scale of the inaugural 'Baileys' tournament, or we manage
smaller events as we have done for juniors or ladies' tournaments.
